EPMC Europe Crane Solutions was responsible for the engineering of the mechanical installations, assuming FEM operating class A4/M5. The crane underwent a special preservation process consisting of a two-component zinc primer, one layer of two-component epoxy and one layer of polyurethane coating. EPMC Europe Crane Solutions also assisted AxpoKompogas with the electro-technical engineering and drawings for a fully automated crane. EPMC Europe Crane Solutions supplied and assembled all crane cabling and the various terminal boxes on the crane. We also supplied and installed the stainless steel rope trolley installations as well as a radiographic remote control and a hydraulic grab. An Airpes ALM100 unit with integrated Safe Working Period and overload registration was installed for measuring the overload and continuous measuring of the grab capacity.
